We have been incorporating “Radio gymnastics” into daily routine at our Ako, Nakajima, and Kyushu factory as well as at customer site to contribute to the health of employees and clients.

This year again, ROZAI exhibited at ALUMINUM CHINA 2010 in Shanghai, China, from June 9 to June 11.
Our industrial furnaces and regenerative burners which can realize CO2 and NOx reduction attracted a lot of attention from China where the environmental protection has become a major national concern.
We will continue to contribute to global environment protection including China, which is making rapid economic progress, with superior products and technologies.

Our Ako Plant (Ako City, Hyogo Prefecture) has installed solar panels and held completion ceremony.
87m2 of panel area installed on the walls of office building and the roof of carriage porch will produce 10kW of power. The generated power will be mainly used for lighting office rooms.
The panels should reduce CO2 emissions by about 3 tons per year.
Under the theme of “Thermal Energy & Environment”, Rozai will continue to work on reduction of CO2 emissions.

In Kingdom of Thailand, the model project for high-performance industrial furnace in aluminum industry has entered a stage of demonstrated operation.
Prior to the demo, opening ceremony was held on October 28, 2009 at the site company, Varopakorn Public Co., Ltd. in Thailand.
The high-performance industrial furnaces, which have been introduced into Thailand for the first time, allow for combustion using highly preheated air (about 1,100℃) and thus are expected to promote energy saving and reduce NOx emissions.
We believe we will be able to contribute to significant energy savings and the reduction in greenhouse gas emissions through the promotion of broader use of the high-performance industrial furnace technology in Thai aluminum and steel industries.

In September 2009, ROZAI completed the construction work on the model project for high-performance industrial furnace in aluminum industry in the Kingdom of Thailand.
The model project was sponsored by the New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization (NEDO) and implemented as part of its international projects for increasing efficient use of energy.
Opening ceremony will be held on October 28, 2009 at the site company, Varopakorn Public Co., Ltd. located in the suburbs of Bangkok, Thailand, with the attendance of Director General of the Department of Industrial works of the Ministry of Industry in the Kingdom of Thailand, related Thai companies, NEDO, and Japanese parties involved.

ROZAI exhibited at "the 6th Heat Treatment/Industrial Furnace/Refractory Expo, 2009" held in Beijing, China from Aug.13 to Aug.15, 2009. This exhibition gave us an opportunity to present our products for the first time in Beijing. We greatly appreciate all the visitors who stopped by our booth and are very pleased the exhibition ended successfully.
